Requirements: Must be the software that runs on a smart TV; allow users to use multiple services, such as Netflix, HBO, Amazon, cable, broadcast TV, etc.; and allow users to record a show.
Takeaways from UX test: User had no difficulty with navigating through the "software", though he was overly critical of all elements. He used his remote for backwards navigation, but there should probably be an on-screen way to do that.There should also be a way to add more apps to the main screen.
